Mixture of a metallic soap of fatty acid and an amide
Stuktol TR-016
A mixture of a fatty acid metallic soap and an amide. It acts as a physical bonding agent between polymer systems and a range of filler materials. This allows it to act as an excellent mixing or dispersing agent in highly loaded systems, resulting in a more uniform and homogeneous initial blend. Under processing conditions, it is an efficient internal lubricant for polyolefins, PVC, PS, ABS, and many TPO systems.
Complex mixture of oleochemicals containing mono and di amides and a metallic soap
Stuktol TR-251
A complex mixture of oleochemicals containing mono- and di-amides and a metallic soap. It is a unique blend of anionic and cationic surfactants with a lubricant designed for applications where EBS (ethylene bis-stearamide) is commonly used. These include ABS compounds, rigid PVC for extrusion, color concentrates, and other applications with high filler content (e.g., calcium carbonate-filled polypropylene). It exhibits superior functionality over EBS with similar gloss properties.
Optimized blend of special oleochemicals
Stuktol TR-451
An optimized blend of special oleochemicals. It is specially designed for use in mineral-filled polyolefins. This unique additive allows for the use of untreated minerals while maintaining or improving the physical and processing properties typically obtained with treated minerals. Additionally, it is possible to increase inert filler loading without sacrificing processability, stability, or physical properties.
Release agents and coupling agents are additives used in the plastics manufacturing process to enhance certain aspects of material performance and facilitate production.
